Jim Sack is a children’s book author who worked with kids for over thirty years in a variety of settings, including camps, residences, and schools. For the majority of those years, he was an elementary school teacher, with a “dash” of school principal thrown in, and has many tales and memories of teaching that he makes use of when writing.

Personally, Jim and his wife, Eileen, divide their time between Maine and upstate New York, where their three adult children live. Of their three rescue pets, their dog, Riley, loves to travel back and forth. Their cats, Oliver and Kenzie- not so much.
